We are a husband and wife team - married for 22 years - and we have lived in Williamsburg for 12 years after being imported by the Army.  Adam works primarily as a buyer's agent, while I (Lisa) work primarily as a listing agent.  When we tour a home to prepare for a listing, it is viewed with two very different sets of lenses, allowing us to offer our clients a unique sense of perspective.  Adam is extremely detailed in his representation of buyers, and so he will tour your home with an "I'm about to make an offer" approach.  My strong suit is pricing - I am very good at positioning a home in the market where it will show well and sell without leaving money on the table.

Our value proposition doesn't stop there.  We have combined experience of over 12 years in both real estate and residential mortgages.  We can't begin to tell you how many times our knowledge of mortgages has helped us navigate through some complicated situations that could have ended very differently.  This expertise also enables us to qualify both buyers and sellers - yes, even sellers need to qualify in a sense.  We always provide our sellers with a highly detailed "net sheet" that spells out, in detail, all the costs of selling a home.  It also helps us evaluate offers and determined counteroffer strategies.

We are also involved in our community.  We are both members of the Williamsburg Host Lions Club, and we routinely volunteer for the Heritage Humane Society (HHS).  We can be found at PetSmart on most of the Pet Adoption Weekends, and we hope to once again be the Presenting Sponsor for HHS' 2018 Christmas Bazaar.  Additionally, Adam is a member of Toastmasters.

On a personal level, our favorite recreational activities are hiking, camping, fishing, shooting, and working with our young German Shepherd, Ruger.   #realtydogwbg has his own Facebook page and routinely provides advice and "trail reports".  Our mascot can also be found on our website,
